I hate the idea of exercise. But I love to bicycle, swim and dance. My friend and I used to jog almost every day in summer when we were neighbors. Jogging is perfect too for getting to know guys. This year I joined an aerobic group. In three weeks, I had thinner thighs, a firmer fanny and several acquaintances. Before starting a weight loss exercise routine it is important to set your goal first. Take away any all of the worry or anything that getting to your nerves associated with it before you start.
Find a physical activity that you enjoy is the most efficient way to find the best exercise to lose weight. If you’re a solitude fan, exercise can provide a time to be alone. Bliss can be a solo bike ride. If you’re alone but want a distraction, do sit ups in front of the television or jumping jacks by the radio. Will exercise make you voraciously hungry? No, exercise actually suppresses your appetite. You’ll get a double benefit if you exercise just before a meal. You’ll burn calories faster if you eat less because your circulation speeds up. Plus if you’ve just worked out, it’s easy to feel health minded and forgo the sundae. My favorite time to exercise is before dinner when I’m getting hungry and tempted to snack or fist thing in the morning so I start my day awake and gain lots of energy. You may be getting enough exercise in the gym, but why not go out for sports or enlist a friend whom to run or play tennis regularly? A minimum of twenty minutes of aerobic exercise three times a week is a must for healthy and well being.

One thing I like about exercise is it makes me feel I’ve earned my daily shower. When I step in hot and sweaty I feel extra- clean and clean when I step out. Too tired to exercise? Nonsense! A twenty minutes walk invigorates you more than twenty minutes of nap. And yes you can and should exercise during your period.

Running, racquetball, ballet, swimming and even the yoga are so marvelous, but you can also burn calories and tone muscles by doing a private belly dance as you brush your teeth. Start exercising now. Many benefits come in your way such as, it lift up your mind and spirit, improves your complexion, strengthen your heart, speed your circulation, firms’ flab, relieve stress and leave you full of vim and vigor. Also having a beautiful body as a result of regular exercise routines can help boost your confidence and make you feel good about yourself.
